Eau Claire Memorial Class of '62' 55th Reunion Survey

We would like to reduce mailing costs as much as possible for our upcoming 55th Class of 62 Reunion.  We also from time to time will want your input as planning goes forward.  This brief questionaire will tell us who is ok with registering for the reunion online and who prefers to get the hard copy mailing. It will also give us some other good info. If this works (first attempt), look for more to come!!
